Engineering Manager -- Hands-on IC and people management role. You'll write and review production code in Rust, C++, or Java while leading engineering execution, scoping work, and collaborating across business and product teams. 7+ years engineering experience, 2+ in a leadership role. Background in distributed systems and high-throughput computing. Financial market structure familiarity a plus. NYC-based, hybrid.
ESTIMATED COMPENSATION: $200,000--$250,000 depending on experience, with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
Senior DevOps Engineer -- Drive deployment, automation, and scaling of mission-critical infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments. 8+ years of hands-on DevOps experience. Fluency in Ansible, Terraform, and Temporal required. Strong networking fundamentals, Linux administration, and a good eye for tooling evaluation and implementation.
ESTIMATED COMPENSATION: $150,000--$200,000 depending on experience, with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
